Puji syukur kepada Tuhan yang telah memberikan hikmat, kekuatan, dan kesempatan bagi saya untuk menulis buku ini dengan judul "Nehemia: Pemimpin Visioner dan Pembaharu Iman." Buku ini lahir dari keinginan untuk menggali prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan yang Alkitabiah dan relevan bagi setiap pemimpin Kristen, khususnya di era modern yang penuh tantangan dan perubahan.

Nehemia, sosok yang dipilih Tuhan untuk memimpin bangsa Israel dalam masa krisis, bukan hanya seorang gubernur yang berhasil membangun kembali tembok Yerusalem secara fisik, tetapi juga seorang pemimpin rohani yang memulihkan iman bangsanya. Kisah kepemimpinan Nehemia bukanlah sekadar catatan sejarah, melainkan cerminan dari apa yang dibutuhkan oleh setiap pemimpin Kristen: visi yang berasal dari Tuhan, keteguhan hati dalam menghadapi tantangan, integritas yang tak tergoyahkan, dan spiritualitas yang berakar dalam doa dan ketergantungan pada Tuhan.

Buku ini saya susun dengan harapan dapat memberikan wawasan dan inspirasi bagi para pemimpin gereja, keluarga, maupun masyarakat. Setiap bab di dalamnya membahas aspek-aspek penting dari kepemimpinan Nehemia yang bisa kita terapkan dalam konteks kepemimpinan Kristen masa kini, mulai dari membangun tim yang berkomitmen hingga mengelola konflik dan tantangan dengan kebijaksanaan ilahi.

Saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada semua pihak yang telah mendukung proses penulisan buku ini. Terima kasih untuk El Roy Manalu, M.Pd.K. yang bersedia menjadi editor buku ini.
